Hocking Hills State Park is located in the green, rolling hills of lightly populated southeast Ohio.

The park is open year-round from dawn to dusk, including holidays and there are no fees.

oLD MAN'S CAVE

1.5 mile one-way trail system, the entire loop takes you through Upper Falls, Upper Gorge, Middle falls, Lower Falls and Lower Gorge.

cedar falls

Only 0.5 mile., starts with a long set of very steep stairs that lead you to find a powerful 50-foot waterfall.

ash cave

The largest recess cave in Ohio at 700 feet long and 100 feet deep.  A seasonal waterfall spills over the 90-foot ceiling.

conkle's hollow

The gorge is filled with tall trees, leaving you in a shaded canopy full of singing birds.

cantwell cliffs

Due to the steep grade and large number of steps, Cantwell Cliffs is rated as moderate to strenuous.

rock house

The spacious house is about 200 feet long and 20 to 30 feet wide.  Rock House’s ceiling measures in at 25 feet.

5.0 mile one-way loop trail.  The hike is considered moderate.
